| Republicans trade harsher charges as top Democrats wrangle over ...
I sincerely hope people will see through these sneaky tactics the sheer numbers of Obamabots who DISPROPORTIONALLY FLOOD to all these articles with message boards attached to them, are using. Also, does anyone else see the contradiction between Obama's message of "unity", & these nasty, uncivilized, & vitriolic Obamabot attacks of Hillary on these online article message boards? It's my estimation this was all a very well constructed attack plan by Oprah's gigantic, & extremely well oiled multimedia machine, when she decided to influence the next presidential election, with her power parlay move. And to these same throngs of mindless Obamabots who keep bringing up this "experience issue" when comparing Hillary to Obama, one only has to compare the first day of occupancy of the next couple to get into the White House with all previous couples who've occupied the White House to understand how experience matters.
STILL FIGHTING: Prostate cancer survivor helps others with the disease
Larry Puccio beat prostate cancer 12 years ago, but he's still fighting the disease. Only now, he's doing it to help newly diagnosed men and survivors who need information and hope. The retired engineer joined a prostate cancer support group soon after his surgery in 1996 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. In 2005, he and his wife, Grace, moved from their Hillsborough home to the Holiday City South seniors development in Berkeley. Puccio decided to look for a new support group. He had an obligation to do so, he says in his quiet but measured way.
Job open: Extreme body
With the summer intern-hiring season just around the corner, the story reminded me of a bizarre applicant I once interviewed at Southern Arizona Home Builders Association (SAHBA).I had a paid, part-time position open for a communications intern to help with our newsletter, magazine, and various public relations assignments. If the person worked out, the main goal was to hire him or her full-time.An ad brought in 15 or so qualified applicants and the list was narrowed down to four finalists.Candidate No. 1 was strong, but was dropped after an initial phone interview due to some "attitude" issues.Candidate No. 2 was probably the best qualified, but the "chemistry" didn’t seem right.Candidate No. 3 was ultimately hired and, in time, promoted to publications director. After almost four years, she has become a valuable, integral part of our team. The final candidate was Karrla, a journalism student at the University of Arizona.

Incidentally, they don't play around in Mexico--if they find out you're in their country illegally, you're gone. On the subject of citizenship by birth, in the past it has made sense that children born here in the United States are automatically citizens. But given the millions of new people who abuse this every year with "anchor babies," it's time to amend this. Changing the citizenship-by-birth requirement to specify that the parents have to be in the United States LEGALLY at the time of the child's birth would make sense, and would pretty much wipe our "anchor baby" abuse. Like Huckabee, Giuliani's another one who's not committed to securing our borders and enforcing our laws. Not acceptable for a Republican candidate. .
ORU weekly e-mails checked
For more: Read the latest ORU stories, view the lawsuit and other documents and watch slide shows and video. The 2004-06 postings are purportedly to Richard Roberts from his political adviser and sister-in-law. ORU President Richard Roberts is urged to use the ''voters and influence'' he controls to reap favors for Oral Roberts University in two years of weekly e-mails purportedly sent to him by his political adviser and sister-in-law, Stephanie Cantees. ''You intend to make ORU a political powerhouse where candidates will recognize that they will be expected to be asked questions and if elected when they come back for re-election they had better have some thing to show for the votes the students gave them,'' states one e-mail from ''Stef'' to Roberts' ORU e-mail address on Dec.
